No Cure For Tinnitus Only Tinnitus Remedies?
November 21st, 2008Although tinnitus is a condition that has been known for decades, the loud society we live in seems to be making it more prevalent and severe. A lot of tinnitus patients who have availed and tried different tinnitus remedies say that a main cause of tinnitus is being exposed to loud noises.
We need to protect our ears from loud noises. Tinnitus is a hard pill to swallow because it has no cure. How weird is this when millions of sufferers worldwide have tinnitus.
Do to the growing popularity of Apple ipods and similar MP3 player, most cases of tinnitus are self inflicted. This trend is certainly set to continue as these devices become more popular and the make things worse, just about every cell phone these days is also an MP3 player.
These devices are extremely popular amongst students, sportsman and women and commuters. As the lat commutes they mentioned typically using the Mp3 player as a means to mask the noise and clutter around them, and for the passing of time.
The problem is that, since trains, buses, and traffic are so loud, they must increase the volume levels; this is when damage begins to occur and tinnitus cause will rear its ugly head.
Most people do not understand the signs and symptoms of tinnitus and as a result many people fail to take precautions to prevent the malady. It is not even common to most that there is no cure to it and that only tinnitus remedies and treatments are available.
Therefore, in my opinion the best cure for tinnitus is education. Teach kids about it in school and in college, the same way that sex education is taught!
